How I Work
I take a person-centred and strengths-based approach, which means our work focuses on your unique abilities, lived experiences and capacity for growth. My practice is also trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and supportive space where past experiences are acknowledged with care and without judgment.
In our work together, I help you explore your thoughts and emotions, uncover patterns that might be blind spots and help you develop kind and practical strategies to navigate your challenges. My goal is to support you in building emotional clarity, resilience and confidence. I work at your pace.
Who I Work With
I offer counselling in-person (Cape Town only) or online for adults, adolescents, and couples. As a Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA, my work includes support for:
- Anxiety and stress management
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress
- Relationship difficulties
- Self-esteem and self-confidence challenges
- Life transitions, overwhelm, and burnout
Session Structure
- Online or in-person counselling sessions are available.
For in-person, I have counselling rooms in Claremont, Cape Town. - 50 minutes per session
