How I Approach Counselling
I take a person-centred and strengths-based approach, which means our work focuses on your unique abilities, lived experiences, and capacity for growth. My practice is trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where past experiences are acknowledged with care and without judgment.
Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions, uncover patterns that may be blind spots, and develop kind and practical strategies to navigate challenges. My intention is to support you in accessing and strengthening your innate capacity for healing and psychological well-being. Working at your pace, my hope is that our work together helps you develop greater emotional clarity, self-understanding, and confidence.
